overprocessed ? too undefined ? bad compo ? :-)

For me personally it's a little over exposed and blurry for me.
Took me a second just to actually see what i was looking at, and yes the composition is not how i would have had it.
It does however have lovely hues of blue as you said, but i would of liked to see more of them, and perhaps have alittle more saturation in them to really bring them out.
Still a nice photo though.
