The weirdest thing has been happening. When I go to the "save for web" to adjust the photo to 150 size or less, the image looks different- color wise. The colors are more saturated. I haven't changed the settings. I've poked around and can't figure out why it's doing it. Anybody had this happen, or know what I'm doing wrong?

In PSE 4 I get the opposite. The colors are DE-saturated, but when I save and open the image in BreezeBrowser and compare the it to the one in PSE, the colors are the same, so I don't worry about it.

Save for web may be changing the colorspace to sRGB (which is what it should be for web viewing). Make sure you change the color space to sRGB as your PS default and you should see a big shift in hue/sat when you save for web. If you're going from Adobe RGB to sRGB, you'll notice a jump in saturation.

It is set on sRGB. Now it looks ok when I save for web, but when I upload it to the site, the green of the grass is neon and looks way oversaturated. It never did that before. Just as of late. I can't figure it out.
