I am making an action in PS and want to insert a stop so that I can make some changes on the image and then continue the action with out having to stop it completely and then stat a new action. eg. make a threshold layer and the stop the axn so that I can use the color sampler to mark a point, then continue the axn.
I have seen this in many of the action one can download wherer they put different messeges to the user.
Anyone knows how to do this?

Google can be your friend... I put in 'photoshop batch input pause' and looked at the 1st match. It's all in there.
