today doesn't quite make the symmetry
of course it is arbitrary & somewhat artificial
but 06....06 woun't matter which format you use (unless you are into 4 digit yrs ..)
& there won't be another for 100yrs ...

So when do we start the hysterics about the end of the world and all that, or are we taking this month off? Because the last three times the world was to end I was all prepared and sorely disappointed when it didn't happen. Just don't want to be caught short this time.
(I hope no one takes me serious) |

What wont be for another 100 years? Won't the same thing happen next year in July... 7th July, 2007...

| My boss is an O-6 (military rank) and is retiring on 06-06-06. But he didn't want to have his ceremony at 6:00 am (0600), for which we are all very grateful. I missed my turn - I'm an O-5 and should have retired exactly a year ago - 05-05-05. Rats. |

666/devil/diablo; could be an interesting challenge. When you make it an open challenge you could combine/counter it with an 'angels' challenge.
