I would like to see the forum thread discussing the in's and out's for current challenges actualy located on the main page underneath the challenge submission link as well as in the forum.

That way we wouldn't end up with multiple discussions about the definitions of words in the challenge discription - the thread could then be locked at rollover, is linked to the challenge, and serve as a record of the discussion for next time the challenge comes up.
