I suffer from moderate to severe major depression - so pain (of the sort that painkillers can't touch) is pretty much a constant experience for me. Any respite, no matter how temporary, is a blessing. :)

I can understand what you mean as i have some one in family who also suffers from depression. You should try deep breating in morning it is great
