You don't have to use PayPal to make the payment; we just use PayPal as the processor. You can still just use a credit card to pay. Just don't sign in to your PayPal account.

Got a friend with one that you can give the money to?
If not, you can go to Contact under teh Help page, and contact an Admin for details. You can send a check or money order in US funds to pay.
