I am sure this has been up here before at some point. However here we go again. I need to answers.
1) what are the keys that I need to hit to have the copyright symbol appear?
(I have done it once before but now I cannot remember the number)
2) Is something wrong. On both my desktop and laptop computers I am not able to get the symbol to appear. At one point I knew what keys to hit but the symbol still didnt show up. Therefore I am wondering if there is something else that needs to done before I type in the code for the symbol.
Looking for some help

If you can ever not remember one of these combinations, you can always look them up using the utility provided with your OS:
Mac: KeyCaps (under the Apple Menu in OS 9, probably under System Prefs in OS X
Windows: Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map
You can see characters in the specified font, and can copy the character to the clipboard or simply note the code for later use. Here are a few I find myself looking up frequently:
Sample Name MacCode PC Code
© Copyright Opt-g Alt-0169
â€Â¢ Bullet Opt-8 Alt-0149
é e-AcuteAccent Opt-e e Alt-0233
® RegisteredTrademarkOpt-r Alt-0174

You make it a brush.

For acute letters you can just hold down "Alt Gr" and press the vowel:
áéÃÂóú

Theres a copyright symbol at the bottom of the Google page - just to save you some typing and a mouse-press :)

Well there's a copyright symbol at the bottom of DPC too, so while you're here you can save yourself from typing in the bar :P
