Then it would be nice to remove the time constrain limit too.
It would allow the photographer to choose in his archive between summer, autumn, winter and spring - not being forced to the current season which may not be the one which best meets his/her style.

well, we just had a contest where there was no time constraint.. if we do this too often it wouldn't be too beneficial to new photographers... It would be nice, but way too advantegous for those with libraries of photos.. I for one haven't had this camera in any other season than summer..

Glimpses

I believe the change was not to give each member a choice of all four seasons but to allow members from all over the world to participate in the challenge(under normal time restriction rules) regardless of what season it is in their part of the world.

I know in UK (and US) it's summer right now, but it's winter in Australia...
