hey, don't be trying to scare off all the members who live in places where the sound of sirens is considered normal ;-)

photojournalism is about telling stories, and not all of the front page stories are about wrecks, death, mayhem, and destruction--even though that's what sells the most :(

look at the winner from the first pj challenge...

try a google search for online scanners for your state. I know delaware state police has thiers online and I listen to it all the time. havent looked to see if one is available online here for KY yet.

edit: Its just to daym early to do this...gotta have more coffee ;p

Ron,

I have had a portable for several years. I picked it up at Radio Shack. Michigan Law used to have a ruling against portables in vehicles. I do not know if it still does.

I totally agree with that, was think about that on they way home from the doctors office, I get tired of seeing all the bad news.

no offense, but the pic that won the first pj challenge wouldn't cut mustard in this one. DPC has changed a lot.
