probably already well known fact - but the canon eos 10d body only is only $799 at B&H on special. bascially the same price as the rebelXT.
i imagine they are selling off their backstock and won't be carrying it for much longer.
posting for those who don't feel the need to have the newest gear on the market - but might be looking to upgrade a bit. with 40,000+ - clicks on my rebel i figured it was a good time and deal.

Sorry to crap on your thread, but for a couple more hundred I think it would be better to get a new 20D body.

yeah thought about that - but the difference is paying for a nice tripod and head. it was a 10d or 30d for me. and the 30d was too much.
pointing it out mainly for those considering the 350d...

This site had 25, price starting at $469. My buddy got the second one purchased. Looks like as they sell them the price goes up. One left at $599. still a good deal. Heres the link.
