I upgraded my version of Java yesterday and now whenever I enter a site with Java content it will not work unless I click to 'activate' it first! When I move over a Java applet, the wording "Click to activate and use this control" appears. I have checked and rechecked my Java and Internet Explorer settings and all seem fine. I have tried resetting them to defaults plus rolling back to an older version of Java but it still will not work!

Has anyone seen this or know what I can do so I don't need to click them first?

Thanks in advance!

From what I understand it's not java but IE that changed. IE released a patch that causes this behavior.
