Buzz: thanks for leaving comments on both. To answer your questions, yes it is getting warm up here. The past few days have been in the upper 60's.
As for the wide angle of the shots, they were taken wide, but not quite full open.

Well your image stayed in my mind since first seeing them, so I had to return, and make some comments as well.

I have now added "both" images to my favorites, and you as a fav photographer.....

I don't know how I have missed you before re my favorites, but now you are on my list at long last.....

like em both but i think the 2nd one's better. the top is pretty good but there isn't any thing or things that grab any attention. u kinda leave it saying "seen it".
