Never managed to get to sleep last night. Went down to the beach well before sunrise, got these long-exposure shots. The moon shot and the water shot are made from the same tripod position, btw: 10mm for the one, 200mm for the other :-) Both are full frame, uncropped. And both are nearly straight from RAW for that matter, minimally processed.
 
Wondering if I can get any sleep now, LOL...

Beautiful shots there Robert. I had to tell you: I just joined the 10-22 (Canon) club, mostly due to seeing your fabulous wide landscapes, so just about everytime I use it I think about how you would compose if you were taking the shot. (Sounds kinda creepy, I know)
So thanks for posting shots like this that helped me decide which lens to get. I'm very happy with this lens. |

Maybe if you bring the sheep with you when you finally come up here with your dowry and trousseau? It would be a blessing :-)

If I had views like that to wake up to, I wouldn't go to sleep either. Move somewhere a lot less scenic. :-)

when my sister inlaw cant sleep she counts sheep too, but she makes them run into a gate instead of jump it...lol
