Should I submit photos without borders? (often people want the photos for their own processing and modifications)

No borders! Most places don't want much sharpening or other processing done either -- the artists prefer to do that themselves, to their own taste and on the final image.

Remember the graphic artist is going to modify and use your photo in some other composition, not make a print to frame.

Your photo will be rejected with borders...on most all sites!
