I've frequented OneCall for a number of purchases including my 300D and I just have to write a little blurb saying I have been nothing but pleased with them.

Last week I bought a HDTV for a large chunk of change. They have a policy that if the price drops within 7 days they will credit the difference back to you. Well, the price dropped by $225. How much hassle was it to get that refund? A four minute phone call. No griping, no hoops, just a, "I'll get this to my manager and we'll credit your card."

Their prices are generally quite competitive and their customer service is second to none I have found. If you are on the west coast you may want to consider taking a look at them when you check out something at B&H.

BTW, if you mention me (Jason Friesen), I get a 1% credit for your purchase, but that wasn't the reason I wrote this. I just like to see a well run company that actually has good customer service do well.

WOW, Jason - how unusual to find a company that does what they say they will. That is excellent. Now, you want to lend me some money, so I can call them and buy some stuff? ;~]

Although I haven't done business with OneCall myself, they do get uniformly excellent reports from many users over at DPReview, and I would not hesitate to use them if the need arose.

Not living in the States, I thought this post was going to be about how glad you are to be a doctor! (I read it as "singing one's call praises") But thanks for the tip - next time I go home again to the west coast, I'll definitely check them out before I leave Sweden. It would be great to order ahead and ... wait, I just remembered - I've forbidden myself from buying any more photo or computer equipment.

Ah well, it's good to know about good places to shop anyway. Thanks!
