I don't like begging for comments, but this is my first real attempt at a highkey photo, so I would really like one or two on this one:
Everyone here at work is gushing over it, and the mother is pleased, but they're not photographers. I thought about putting it over at Photosig, but they're brutal over there. LOL! |

Firstly, it's a gorgeous shot..well composed and very charming. I wouldn't have gone for a "high Key" on this one. High Key is good for emphasising shape and form, but the centre of interest must still retain a good deal of contrast if the image is not to simply appear over exposed or washed out...
I'd reduce the brightness and increase the contrast a little..
lovely shot though..well done. |
