When you order something online don't you expect it to be delivered when the website says it's available?
Ordered a few misc items from Adorama yesterday. Get an email today "we're sorry, but....is backordered..."
They did this to me last time also. Almost didn't place with them but they were the only place that appeared to have one of the items (of 3) I was looking for. Their shipping is double that of others and it cost me an extra $6 to go with them - figured they have it, I'll pay a little more now to get it instead of having to wait (since the other preferred site said theirs was backordered).
Now I'm paying more, and STILL don't have that last item. Grrrr.
Ok - lesson finally learned! No more Adorama!

| Adorama's ratings on resellerratings.com seem to be on the decline these days with a 5.29 overall rating and only for 3.61 customer service. As always, I'd suggest B&H, with a 9.43 overall rating and an 8.18 customer service rating. Sorry you couldn't get your stuff...that's annoying. :( |

I hadn't checked the ratings in a while. Should have I guess. Based on recent experience I can see how the ratings are falling for Adorama. B&H is my other "preferred site" - will be my #1 next time.
I was shopping for filters (Cokin primarily). Any other online retailers out there worth looking at? The selection of Cokin filters was a little thin at other retailers besides the two already mentioned.
