Can anyone tell me how to make (or where to find) an action or script for CS2 that I can batch open a folder of pics saved at JPG-12 and have it resave them at JPG-10?
Any help appriciated!

Easy. Open up one of the jpg's that is at 12. Have the Window open for Actions. Select New Action from the little arrow dropdown. Go to Save As, then save it to a folder (I have one I just call Hot Folder) as a jpg, use the slider when it pops up to select it to 10, and Save. Close the pic. Stop the action (name it).
Now go through Bridge to the Batch command and select the proper Action. Set up to which folder you want to save to, renamed etc. Select the folder you want to batch. DO NOT suppress Save As, but do suppress the opening commands. GO!
