I just had a half a bag of melba toast that I scraped across some no trans fat margarine. GOD - I really need rollover to occur !
ha ha ha ha
I really wanted a box of Oreos or some ice cream, but the storm kept me from venturing out. |

| Just had a pop-tart to go - new product (pop tart in the shape of a granola bar). As if the original pop tart wasn't portable.... |

I despise laundry. However, my husband's ship has been out all week so the laundry has been minimal. That man goes through more laundry than me and my 2 little ones combined! LOL

Yes, they are called Kellogs Go-Tarts. My wife came home with a box of them after taking the girls with her to the store last weekend.
I am SO glad to know that I don't have to lug those huge ones out to the car in the morning any more when I am running late. |

Smokers don't each much....easier to maintain weight.. Instead of reaching for oreos, they reach for the Marlboros. LOL
I had Frosted Shredded Wheat cereal with splenda. |

No kidding. I tend to pull out a fork and knife for the bigger ones. They are just too big for me to handle. I am glad Kellogs wised up and made them portable. They stand to make millions on their creativity.

LOL! My husband recently quit smoking (again!) and I am overweight. Parallels can be drawn between smoking addictions and food addictions. The only difference is that, IMO, quitting smoking would be easier because you do not have to smoke. You have to eat. It's kinda hard to take just one drag of a ciggarette, just like its hard for an overweight person to have just one scoop of ice cream...LOL BUT, I have never smoked....so I have not been on that side of the fence.

| I was a "party smoker" but was never addicted. I did that for years. After becoming pregnant, I stopped altogether. I think I've had a total of 4 in 18 years. No desire any more. |
