If you are in Africa, Australia and/or South America, have some experience in children's artwork, specially 3rd world country, willing to volunteer to be a jury 2-3 times a year, online scoring by e-mail.

is probably the sticking point.
The only experience I have with children's artwork is the ones I made when I was a child.

I'll talk to my wife. Her degree is in teaching visual art techniques to children / teenagers. I'll ask her if she'd be interested and will get back to you.
EDIT
Oops. Just noticed you want people from certain parts of the world. We live in Canada. My wife did however spend one year teaching in Costa Rica (not as an art teacher, though).

Seen this one! What a grumpy guy! LOL it's funny though.
The reason why I posted this here is because most of the DPC member do have good eye for artwork. I'm on the juror list, don't have any experience at all in art, just know how to appreciate it and I have kids who were constantly drawing and painting.
The 3rd world part is because many people in the West don't know much or care about what's going on in other less developed countries and might think something as meaningful as a football player interpreted by a child in Brazil or a classroom image of children in rural Bangladesh, is ugly or boring
The site did mention North America but was wishing for South America or Far East.
Beagleboy, thank you for asking your wife, it would be a pleasure to have her onboard. PM me if she's willing....any more?

She's in South Africa. Send her a PM - I don't think she's a big forum person. |

| I was raised in South Africa and still have family there. I live in the US now. Am I qualified, or do you need to live there now? I teach at a local University, and although my area is 2D graphic design, I would love to get involved in something like this. |
