On the voting page there are several linked items that appear under the title of the image being voted on. The text appears as follows:

for Basic Editing Challenge Refraction of Light

In this example the Basic Editing text is hyperlinked (when viewed on the voting page), but it goes nowhere and is not identified as a link unless you mouseover it.

Shouldn't the link be emphasized and go to the appropriate rules page?
