OK ... I'm guessing I'm not alone in the fact that I usually have 2 to 4 images to choose from for a challenge. Once I've looked at these enough I quickly lose perspective. It's difficult to decide :)!
My question is ... where can i get a somewhat objective opinion on images to help me decide? ... Obviously I can't post the images here ...
I realize that some people might think that getting another opinon is cheating or something but perhaps some people here can realte.

I usually take a few of the images I like the ask my wife to pick from them. She will usually go back through the whole shoot and find others that she likes thias is for my personal work or for some of the work I show to clients. Other times the client will dictate what image they are using. For the DPChallenges I usually just pick what I "feel", I like. I don't get all wrapped up in scores. This is just for fun.

Not totally objective, but I sometimes ask my sons. They have no problem with telling me they don't like something! Sometimes I just wait a few hours and look my choices over again. I don't think asking family or friends for an opinion is cheating, as long as you actually do the set up, take the picture and do the post-processing.

I can definitely relate. I put each one up as wallpaper and just really stare it. Then I ask my husband and my daughter. If they disagree, my dog gets the final vote. Sometimes walking away for a few hours and looking again helps.
