I have an old minolta XG-7 laying around and cannot find the correct batteries for it. I am deperately in need of some asistance.

According to the specification page: //www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/hardwares/classics/minoltaxd711/htmls/spec.htm
The XD-7 uses a commonly available two 1.5v alkaline-manganese or silver-oxide cells.

I used to have this very camera, it was my first SLR. For the life of me, I cant remember much about it, but I copied this from another message board:

The same batteries as any manual-focus Minolta
SLR camera, apart from the SR-T models:

Two button cells, either type LR44 (1.5 V alkaline)
or type SR44 (1.55 V silver oxide). You may also
use one battery type CR1/3N (3 V lithium cell).
