Is is just me, or does it seem like that since the Nude challene, there are always some nude pictures in every challenge. I don't see how a Right Angle challenge can turn up so many nude (or semi-nude) pictures but I've onle gone through the first 2 pages and I've come across 3 or 4 already. Maybe it's just me.

I would hope that after a challenge about anything, we'd start to see more of that subject or element in future images. Isn't that the point? I hope to see more low key images, more images with leading lines, more images that are color-savvy, more images about any of the challenges--especially if the challenge is about a technique or compositional element.
I would also hope that voters are more savvy about these elements as they vote. |

Very well put David. The idea of the challenge topics is to get us looking at things a little differently, and trying out new techniques.
Now everything I see is a right-angled, nude, low-contrast, high-key, black and white, contrasting, yellow, letter B shot.

I completely agree. Since I've started participating on this site, I can help but look at the world and photos in a different way. That's what this site is for, isn't it? To help educate and enhance a photographer's view of the world and his creations? |

Oh, I thought it was for nit-picking and arguing over challenge definitions, rules, voting criteria and other minor points. Did I miss something?
