When someone drop in on non-challenge photos in Portfolio would be nice to add K (keep) or R ( remove) comment if no time or desire to comment on the particular photo.
This way we will get feedback how the others see our photos and whether we should keep them or retire them!

To be entirely honest, I don't think I'd want to have a tally of people telling me which images they think should be in my portfolio. I don't necessarily put images in my portfolio for them to be crowd pleasers, so I'd rather not have a bunch of people telling me that I should get rid of a shot. I'd probably just find it frustrating.
The fact that portfolios are unrated gives them a slightly different function, and I'd rather keep them completely unrated.

However, you could always in your shot details ask people to comment simply as to whether they think you should keep or remove the shot.
