Hello
Im having problems running the remote capture software with my 350D.
When the remote shooting tab is selected, the button that is supposed to say: "Starts remote shooting" is disabled...
What do you guys use for remote capture? |

have you installed the twain drivers and the eos viewer utility. You'll for sure need the canon twain drivers installed

| I've successfully used it. I would have installed everything from the canon CD. |

I know this!
IN THE CAMERA MENU.....under the second tool tab you will see "COMUNICATIONS" change Print mode Print/PTPto PC connetion
I use DSLR remote and had the same problem....drove me nuts!
