Question I haven't seen asked: can teams bring in subs mid-season if a team member wants out for some reason, such as illness, family crisis, work not allowing shooting time? The subs would only be valid for upcoming weeks, of course, not for previously-scored weeks.

I would say that barring trigger finger injuries or eye problems, team members need to commit to the competition. Since only four or five scores will count, that leaves some room for problems you've mentioned. I fear that if there's an "out" - the option to sub - those who have lower scores may feel like backing out and letting someone else in might help the team more.

Paste the code below into the signiture window on your prefrences page and click save. Then when you post in the forums make sure the "show signiture" box is checked. This should work I put the logo on my server this is how I got it to work.

I have not had much response from non WPL members for my betting shop so I have decided to open it up to everyone. The offer of free membership still stands but as this idea was to gain wider participation to the WPL only non-team members will be ineligible.
The basic idea is that I will be the bookmaker/betting shop and each week I will post odds on the current competitions. Everyone who registers with me will be given a virtual $100.00 opening balance with my betting agency and will be required to bet on teams of their choice each week. The three people who end up with the most virtual money at the end of the WPL will win the memberships.
Have a look at the odds I given for your teams. I will post the rules a little later

I've added my vote to this three times now... PLEASE make sure you're grabbing the most recent vote list when you add your vote. It doesn't work to use a "list" otherwise :)

The only challenges that will count for this league is the regular members challenge and the two exclusive open challenges. NO speed challenges, extra members challenges, etc. will count unless D&L introduce an exclusive members challenge where the rules as far as entering applies the same as the open challenge where you can only enter one of the two.

Yes! But the member that was on the team that the sub took his/her place will NOT be allowed back on the team during the remainder of the season.
