For begining team average are you just adding up all the current averages and dividing by 7? Or are you taking into account the number of challenges since some have way more then others? |

The avg from each photographers profile added together and divided by 7. Keeping it simple.

just take out the space in between the g and the [ at the end...

| Well I just started a "Team Iceland", for now there is just me in it but I have PM´ed 6 users so we´ll see who is game and who is not. I don´t really wanna be a "team captain" though, I hardly consider myself to be the most qualified Icelandic photographer here and I barely have enough time to enter... |

Any chance that we could get everyone to "shrink" the logos for use in signatures? Some of these are kind of big and could result in a bit of a complaint if used excessively in the forums. It seems to me that they could all be shrunk by half and still be very nice.
Just an idea, not a complaint. |

BUT! There are still two teams needed, so keep hanging around. Either start up a team yourself, or just wait two or three hours. There's more room :) |
