Not that I am a 'Dial Upper', but this really should go in the title, because once you click the title it's too late... ;) |

It's been a few years since I've been on dial up, but at the time, if you loaded a page, the pic would start l...o...a...d...i...n...g, but the text would come up first. Such that if you hit "stop" and "back", you wouldn't have to wait for the pic to load.
If I'm incorrect, let me know -- perhaps I can edit the title.
That said... anyone got any comments on the pic? |
