Just noticed that there's a fine line in my recent pictures:

Here's dust reference photo with heavy USM:

So I examined sensor under light...And there is a really fine line in sensor.
I Have NEVER physically touched sensor with anything. Or any other way abused it.

Is it scratch??? Need opinnion...please!

Certainly possible that this is a scratch, but more likely is residue from cleaning at manufacture. Over time the chemicals used have oxidized and become visible. Cleaning with Eclipse on a PecPad can verify one way or another. If the artifact is on the inside of the sensor cover then cleaning will have no effect. The sensor cover which is a 'hot mirror' and low pass filter is replaceable but at considerable expense. If you would rather not try cleaning yourself then return the camera to the Nikon service center for professional work. It should still be in warranty.
Good luck!!

I doubt warranty covers routine maintenance or abuse - so if it is a scratch that abuse - even if Nikon did it - so you'll have a hard time convincing them of it. I think they're pretty hard to scratch, an din a strit light like that? something would have had to almost hit the sensor.

If it's dirt, well, that's a maintenance issue.

You can use a lens pen to clean a sensor - open up the camera, blow out any dust. open your lenspen up, teh pad end not the brush, tap/dab off the graphite (on a clean lint free cloth or tissue) and gently wipe the ensor with teh pen.

blow it out again if you see ANY graphite and make sure no dust has settled on the sensor and there ya go.

cleaning articles and various methods:
the brush method

and of course pecpads method (british site, google for more sites)
