Doesn't this lens have a rotating front element like the Canon 18-55 and 55-200mm? Lot's of fun with a circular polarizer and other filters on there...

I had the Canon 55-200mm which was decent when it came to budget lens, not too much post processing to produce desired results, but the rotating front element just flat out sucked...not only for filters but if you held the lens wrong you could have a hold of the wrong ring during focusing...ebayed it.
