Sorry this is off topics and not related to photography.
But if you know of any solutions please share.

Our local networks use 10.x.x.x and the ISP also uses 10.x.x.x IP. The problem is when someone tries to VPN into our local network - he will be successful, but can't resolve any of the local servers.

Any ideas what I could do? Thanks

You could try simply changing your local ips. Shouldn't be very difficult and would help enormously troubleshooting future problems that occur.
