The description says "Pick exactlly two....."
yet I see pictures that include many items besides those items on the list.

The way I read it, the image should include ONLY the two chosen items.

I can see where you're coming from... but I really got tired of voting on the same things over and over... heels and feathers, heels and bikes, heels and feathers, heels and bikes. Makes for an incredibly boring challenge without adding something else into the mix to help tie things together in a unique way. But, just as some are voting down for adding in an extra person or prop, I'm voting up for creativity.

Well, I know "I" am having fun, but not as much fun as Spurs so it seems! I would love to be in the 5.9 or 6.0 range! LOL...

This place has slowly lost it's collective mind over the past two years.

Oh hang around, I'm gonna have fun no matter what. :-)

I just wanted to personally apologize if I had caused you to feel DPC is not fun. When I posted the question about regular glasses vs. bifocals, it was just that, a question. My goal was not to try to sabotage anyone’s score or cause a big controversy. I just wanted to know what other people thought! I did not even consider that there are bifocals without a line.

Hmm..complete the line: Choose exactly two of the following and use them in your photo

I believe the operative word here is 'in'. If all you were to use were the two items it would have said 'as your photo.'

Can I make a suggestion? I rarely come in the forums and ask others "opinions" on what a description means in a challenge ANY MORE and for this exact reason. Now, I read it and take it as I see it, and if I have questions I research those questions I have online through search engines or ask others OUTSIDE of this venue their opinion.

For instance, in this particular instance, had one simply put the word "bifocals" in Google and clicked on images, the answer would have been clearly given.

Ask such questions in forums and you will get an answer, and sometimes from me, in which would explain what "I believe" it to mean. Others will disagree, call it anal, say DPC is no longer fun, it's swaying votes, and even threaten to leave. LOL....I have seen this happen MANY MANY times. I get over it and move on. It's ONLY a site and only a FORUM. Don't make apologies for having a question, and certainly don't take meltdowns by others with any seriousness. I used to have them. Now I find such rhetoric to be funny, silly, and for the most part ridiculous and unfounded. It gets a bit borish and we all have our little quams. You live and learn.

But for the newbies out there who have questions on certain words used in descriptions, just look them up in a dictionary or do a search for websites or images, and then choose your best course of action.

Best thing to remember is to shoot what YOU LOVE. It's all subjective in the end, and will really have no effect either way on your score. Those who will vote your photo down for whatever reason will also be followed by those that will vote it up for the same reason. It really even's itself out pretty much. No harm done. :)

Back to scores, mine is on a steady incline. I think Sunday's make people happy!

Hmmm, yes, I've seen your fun and more that I could have lived without as a visual! LOL....I think you should change your username to nastyboy! :)

Mine is settling in the mid fives ... about where all my entries settle. Really thought I had a winner here.

Still falling. Down to the 5.8's today. I guess I'm fooling myself lately when I think I'll actually do better than average. AUGHHHHHH

I didn't have the time to participate in this challenge yesterday, but these pictures are absolutely hilarious! I'm sitting at my computer wiping my eyes, I've been laughing so hard. Good job all of you!!

As long as one person laughed at mine I would gladly take 1.

One of these days I'm gonna shoot one of those high-scoring pretty images ... :-) NOT!

I'll take my lumps, just for the laughs.

Still going up! I'm having a pleasant Sunday. Maybe I will be on page 2 or 3 after all! LOL...

Going to predict a final score of 5.7; however, I did want a 6.0. Oh well, close enough!

Just got in my Education shot. Something I haven't done before technically, so it should be interesting and I was so pleased with how it came out. I may even do it over and over just to try different things. I'm getting back my health and my mojo!

Now I have to try my hand at some video games with my son and then put on the lazagna and meatball dinner. The update button can wait for now. I'm happy to leave it as is for the afternoon :)

Gosh, I never pay attention to the first scores that come in. They are usually pretty high anyway. As for the 5.1, I wouldn't worry about that either. They usually go up more than down. Being in the 5's at all is pretty darn good. Mine could drop as fast as yours rises. LOL...One never knows till it's over! My best to you!!!

Score is not that bad - may make it back into the 6's yet. The 22 comments are all positive - well all but one. One bad seed isn't gonna ruin it for me.
