This is a real newbie question but...

I am trying to figure out whether my Metz 45 CL-4 is worth using with a reflective umbrella for some internal still life shots or whether to just use a diffuser (lumiquest et al) on the head of the camera?

While I would prefer natural light where possible there are occasions when this is just not possible. I also do not have a lot of space and sometimes have the need to get some element of shadow into the final picture.

Thanks!

Carl
