Heh, OK, I'm 47, 200lb and just shy of 6 feet. I haven't tried it in years, but with a few stretches I can still touch the floor... with my second knuckles! Used to be able to do it with closed fists, bet I still could if I limbered up a little.

Well since everyone else is bragging, I'm 5'4, weight, ahem, unknown, 55 years young and can keep my legs straight and touch my hands flat to the floor and sometimes even behind my feet. |

Hands flat, toes to ears, no problem.
Guess I don't have much in the way.....lol
Now try this:
Lay flat on the floor, stomach down, like you were going to do a push-up, but now take both arms and stretch them out overhead, palms down, looking like Superman flying.
Ready? Do push ups that way, palms & toes only touching, lifting your body off the floor. If you can, you are in the minority. Go one step further now, and put one arm behind your back and try it again, one palm & toes only touching.
(yes, I can - good for about 10 using only one arm)
Try it.

At one time, I could interlace my fingers in front of me and jump over them so that my hands were interlaced behind me. My only claim to fame.
I cant do anymore. But at the time it was quite easy.

Okay try this. Lie flat on the floor on your stomach. Bend your knees so your toes are pointing straight up. Now grab both feet with your hands and bring them straight down so the soles of your feet sit flat on the floor on either side of your waist. Too easy. LOL!! |

No no, arch your back so that your pointed toes touch the back of your head, then do pushups! gymnasts win! :P

These claims sounds a little hard to believe. Can all of you come show off these talents at the next San Francisco GTG? Please? Rikki and I will chip in for your tickets.

I don't know... seems like you could fake it in Photoshop. I've discussed it with Rikki and he says we'll need actual confirmation. Sorry, he's the boss.
