Does anyone know of any good websites or places to order books of their photos? I'm thinking of a book of a wedding or a bar mitzvah or of something of that variety. Also, where do you order prints? That last time I ordered prints they cropped the photos slightly. How do you get 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10s without having them cropped? Thanks in advance.

To answer the second part of your question, you have to make sure that the apect ratio of the file exactly matches that of the print paper. If your crop is slightly off, say 4" x 5.3" (the "native" size of 2MP image @ 300 dpi), the printer either has to enlarge the image to the long side stretches out to 6" (cropping from the 4" dimension) -- which is the standard setting -- or else "fit" the image to the paper, leaving a 0.67" unexposed area on one end (or half that on each end).
The easiest way to handle this is to enlarge the canvas size of the picture to match the print size, then trim by hand if necessary.
Here's a table of print dimensions in pixels from DPC Prints. As you can see from my prints, I fill out any odd-shaped image with a border to the exact print size; sometimes you need different versions of you want differently-sized prints.
