I gotta admit, the one thing I can't stand is being forced to a specific aspect ratio...although I guess it's something everyone who does photography for a living has to go through every now and then.
It's definately difficult for me...I'm a die-hard 1.5:1 guy.
EDIT: oh...outtakes heh...I have a bunch of those, but didn't upload any.
The whole square thing didn't work for this one, so I decided against it.

I took lots of pictures, but noting looked good square, so I'm out.
Plus to big a field.
Funny you show that xion, that did come to mind for the brown lol. |

I wasn't happy with the "balance" in a square crop, so I didn't submit this shot ...
BTW, I've decided to skip this challenge.

I have to admit, I tried several images before I decided which to use. 
I kept getting other shapes in my square images...
Some felt as though they were mocking me...
But I am satisfied with the image I submitted. (Which means I'll end up about 5.8)

| If they are similar, same subject or can be used to help identify the real challenge it should not be posted, I agree in those cases. |

Right...we all know well enough not to give away our entries, lest we be shouted down and called names and whatnot...this is just a chance for us to get some other stuff out there while the challenge is fresh on our minds.
Of course, we can always post at the end of the challenge, too. It's very flexible.

My entry scored 5.44 (my best score to date!) wish there was a way to find out how my alternate would have done. Did I make the right choice?

My husband suggested I redo the entire photo (well, both photos). Which, in hind sight I wish I did, but I was sick as a dog and also had no time to re shoot. |
