My average vote cast says 3.9 and while initially on here I voted lower, has not been true for a while, and I noticed that my profile info has not changed at all. does anyone know how often it gets updated?

You've cast 3000+ votes - it'll take you awhile to get over 4.0 As I see it, your scores are updated correctly for all challenges (10 entered, 10 updated). So it looks quite right.
