Right there's the BIGGEST red flag in the EBay world. Western Union is secure, IF YOU KNOW THE PERSON you're sending the money to (friend/family). If you don't, all they have to do is give you a fake name to send it to, use a fake id with said name on it to claim the CASH and walk away. You'll never hear from them again.

NEVER use Western Union when dealing with Ebayers.

It looks like the listing was cancelled by ebay. I guess they got to one of the complaints that were sent to them. Good to know they catch these things.
