A friend of mine sent me a great article from a web development site, Ten Best Flickr Mashups. For those of you unfamilar with a 'mashup' (guilty here), it is a hybrid web application that uses data from an outside source to drive a web service. Essentially your own code pulling from external data in a creative way.

The article has a top ten of Flickr mashups, based on the photo sharing service. The article and sites are well worth looking at - there is even a SuDoku game built around images from Flickr instead of the traditional numbers 1-9. Check these out if you get a chance, it is a pretty fascinating list of sites.
