You guys should be showing your total post count in relation to your threads killed. Threads created means nothing. For example,

Posts: 224
Threads Killed: 25

Now that's a high ratio. Much higher than what I see others have.

Okay - Seems I like to jump in a lot, but don't creata lot of kill as many as I thought I did. Not the the last figure.....only 900 more views and I can be at 10,000....come on everyone go take a look at my boring profile page and see if you can't help me along. ;-)

For the record, I've probably locked fewer than 20 threads ever, and in some of those mine wasn't the last comment.

So, while your contention that we "don't count" may well have a sound theoretical underpinning and unassailable logic, it fails utterly in actual practice : )

I wish the threads killed number would go away. It is not accurate and serves no purpose at all. For example a person who has created one thread and in that thread posted only once - the original post - and no other posts anywhere cannot possibly kill a thread yet their profile says they have killed threads. Which threads could they have possibly killed?

My own profile says I have killed threads and when I see the number change I scratch my head. How can I kill a thread if I don't post? And when I go back and look at the threads I have posted to I am not the last one posting in the thread so again, how can I kill a thread if I don't post?
