Okay, I hate to do this, but it looks like I am having family issues. I am not sure I will make it. I have to see how everyone is feeling in the morning. I still plan to be here, but right now, I am having doubts.

things may fall apart for some of you at the last minute,i hope not for your sake of missing a good outing and photo oppertunity.
as for me i'm still going i have quilt barns and natural arches to shoot.thats my kind of weekend.
plus any wild flower that gets in my way.
about the quilt trail, they are painted on some kind of plyboard or something like it then hoisted up and screwed into place on a barn.
i think they may have started in tenn.

I was home in bed. I was up most of the night, not feeling my best. I got up and got ready and even got in the car at 6 am and then decided I had better not, especially since I knew I had paying gigs tonight and if I spent the day driving/sick and then tried to shoot, I would have been too exhausted. So, I came back in, took off my shoes and went back to bed. We have had a sick household this week. I am usually the one who doesn't get it. Oh well. Hopefully next time.

Sorry Woodsey looks like it all fell apart at the last minute. Did you get any nice shots of the bridge?

wish everyone could have made it,but that's life, things happen.
i got better pictures of the gladie cabin in the fog and the new quilt barn than of the bridge,to many leaves in the way.
philup and diana showed up,small group but we had a good time.

I managed to stay in the Daniel Boone National Forest that day. Made it to Natural Arch of Kentucky, too bad that's about 3 hours from natural bridge. Don't ask lol.

Yeah we were driving. We got to Natural Bridge late and couldn't find anyone, our fault, so we decided to go on down to Cumberland falls and found this arch as a happy accident. I suggest that anyone should go see this, it is a wonder of natural beauty
