Hi this is my first time submitting to a challenge, I have a photo for the duotones challenge, it is composed entirely of green and white, is this acceptable as there are greens of differing shades.
Thanks for your help.

It doesn't matter *which* tones are used, as long as the selectionof tones yields a pleasing range of highlight to shadow density difference. I'm sure that many submissions will nto be duotones by the technically-correct definition, but the challenge description clearly opens that door, IMO.
I've submitted to this challenge, actually my first Open Challenge in I-don't-know-how-long, and FWIW my entry is technically a quadtone, though you would not be able to tell that by looking at the submission.

Strictly speaking, a "duotone" is a B/W image that has had a color layer merged into it, a "toning" of the image in some way. If your image is a COLOR image consisting of shades of green plus white, it is possible the voters may not condider it to be a duotone, and in literal terms it is not. IN other words, if I shot a leaf on a white BG this would not, technically, be a "duotone". Who knows how the voters are gonna approach this, though? If you like it, go for it.
