I am having a problem resizing my photos, they come out pixel-ly when i upload. How do i resize to fit file constraint without pixelating?
In my last challenges, the biggest complaint was my photos were pixelated
HELP!!!!

Go to File-> Save For Web and choose "Optimized for file size" with value = 150 (Max permissable for DPC). Set the wider side dimension to 640 (Max permissable for DPC) keeping the aspect ratio same as original and hit "save". PS will automatically decide the best possible quality with given constraints for the resized image.

Try RESAMPLING and not RESIZING.

What photo editor are you using? Save for web is cool but saving a big photo for web could have the jaggie effect when you go down to 640.

I use the GIMP to resize because it uses cubic interpolation (like PS) when it scales the image.
