I'm having touble with my prints coming out ashy looking. For example, people looked a little bruied were there might be a slight shadow. My images look fine on my monitor.

Can anyone tell me what might be causing this? I've tried bumping up the saturation but that makes it worse. I've calibrated my monitor and checked my profiles. My printer is a canon i9900 and it happens even if I use canon paper. Please help.
