Has anyone heard of Hyper-colour T-Shirts. You put them on and your body heat changes the colour of them. They were a huge trend here in OZ as far as I can remember but I didnt see a single photo of 1 for the trends challenge.
2 reasons y I didnt submit my photo of one are
-wasnt sure if they were as popular around the world
-the one i finally found didnt work well.

my photo was a chick with nice breasts with a tight hyper-color on with my hand prints in the appropriate places.

So how many people have heard of em...?

edit... Oh, wait. Mine changes color when exposed to the sun. Not the same, I guess. Still cool, though.

They were pretty popular for a short time here in the UK..

Another Aussie here and I remember my hyper color tshirt with fond fascination.
It was green, but went bright yellow when warmed. Only problem was that the colour in between the green and yellow was brown, so looked kinda dirty most of the time - LOL :)

Yeah I remeber them, as Andrew said they were popular in the UK for a while as well, there were plain coloured ones and those which had black patches which faded to reveal colour underneath... but as you say, its a pretty specialised subject so people may not have gotten it. As Ben says it'd be pretty good to see one again though!

yea know what ya mean.
did yours hardly work after a couple of washes.
the one i found looked dirty like how you said so my photo shoot was a flop. got rid of the evidence.

I had one about 10 years ago or so....it was neat when you got caught out in the rain and the shirt would look real funny

Wow, Hyper-Color shirts!!! That's totally an 80's thing. They were huge here in the U.S. and I think the picture would've been great. Show us the outtake!!!

They are hard to find here and also they don't seem to take to well to the wash. A few stores locally pulled them off the shelves, but then they were the discount stores that carry the cheap rip off versions of everything so probably the shirt was a rip off version too that they pulled.
