If you guys could please give me what you think on this, it'd be appreciated :) It has a small editing, just desaturation and image size. Tell me what you think!

It's a fun portrait, kinda like the angle.

I would like to see a bit more spread on the grey tones though. I'm not seeing much I consider black or white. Bump up the contrast a hair or adjust curves to make whites white and blacks black.

I agree with fotomann. Deeper tones would be nice. I can't tell for sure, but it looks like it has more of a brownish/sepia tint? One other thing I would say would be to get rid of the hole in the concrete in the lower left corner, it stands out and draws attention away from your subject.

quick & dirty- shadows layer & adjust levels on only that
highlights layer in lighten mode.
I'm not so sure about the angle of her face- I think I'd rather see her looking up but like the crop. :0)
