I'm going to stay out of this thread.
Why does everyone have to bash the US? The US is this, the US is that, the US should do this, the US should do that.
The last thing most of those in the US is worrying about is you or your pitiful country. Worry about yourself.

Ok I admit that you shouldn't assume that this guy is guilty, but he was arrested at the scene and tested positive for alcohol, what am I thinking........you can't trust these Romanians, they must have got it wrong and just picked this marine up as he was driving by the accident!!!! He was arrested at the scene, pissed up in his wrecked SUV for christs sake!
It aint about picking on America as I said, I love America and the American people, and I do belive that this is a huge double standard.

I honestly don't see how they can sue in civil court....the man wasn't convicted. Either way he can put everything in his wife's name and they get nothing.

Yeah but they shouldn't be allowed to if the person is proven guilty.

You'd be surprised ... I've been banned for much less. I should actually just stop coming to the forums.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Justice is blind, better a guilty man go free then an innocent man be convicted. It's a pill hard to swallow but as you know it happens every day here. You know OJ was innocent right?
Michael
PS Hopefully in the end "We will be judged as we judge." He will get his.

Now that is something I believe in. Some of us may not have to wait until "the end". But it all comes about one way or the other. That is why I could never figure out why so many people, based on religion, advocate the death penalty. If not in this life then in the next justice will be served.
