I have jasc psp8 right now. I'd like something I can more with but can't afford anything fancy. I don't want to spend more than 130. Also, someone had posted about a graphite pen and pad that came with some sort of editing program? If anyone else knows what I'm talking about could you please post that?

You could always download the free trial version of PSPX to see what the differences are.

PSP X has a few new features, whether they are worth it to you or not is your call. I upgraded from 8 to X a while back, but it was a special deal for something like $35 or $40.

Wacom tablets have been coming bundled with Photoshop Elements 3 (among other things). Maybe that's what you were talking about??

If you want powerful yet user friendly you may want to try MS Digital Image Suite... Digital Image Suite 2006 Trial

I think I seen it at Costco for $60 (after rebate)... About the same as Digital Image Pro 10, has Digital Image Library included (Cataloging and keywording)... the 2006 flavor has RAW support in it.
